Mum is the queen at Magistracy Dining Room, where she can revel in the splendour of a grand London-inspired space while indulging in a delectable four-course menu curated by Executive Chef Alyn Williams. With four options for each course, we recommend trying the new starter, Beef Tea Broth with poached Gillardeau oysters and spring vegetables. There are several new main courses as well, with options such as Three Yellow Chicken Pie; Roasted Roaring Forties Lamb Cutlets; and the true British classic, Beef Wellington. Draw the celebration to a close by sharing the Baked Alaska of pistachio cake and ice cream with cherry sorbet. Covered in meringue and flambeed table-side, this dessert is a true show-stopper.

7. The Promenade, Harbour Grand Kowloon
