There are few better imports from China than Sichuan. The Chinese cuisine is a favourite amongst Hong Kongers with its mouth-numbing spice. If you’re looking for a challenge then by all means, however if this is your first time, just take the spice slow. You can try and work your way through the language barrier in English or wing it and point to the most delicious thing you can see. We can’t get enough of the glass noodles, fish balls and other traditional delicacies.
