Follow it up with The Kept Secrets, a mixture of apple juice, fennel, dill shrub, lemon, clarified yoghurt, vanilla, and Compass Box Nectarosity whisky. The highlight of the menu is the Born of Fire made with tonka bean, buttermilk, fermented banana, dragon fruit, peach tea liquid, and Compass Box Spice Tree and Peat Monster whiskies. Finally, savour the New Fashion, a delightful mix of Compass Box Crimson Casks whisky, cold brew, hazelnut, PX sherry, butter, and coconut oil fat-washed.
