Join Tamara Norris and Pat England for Serenity Sunday, a full day nature retreat on Lamma Island! Your mindfulness journey begins with a guided hike off the beaten path at Yung Shue Wan. Upon arriving at the event venue Open Space, you’ll be treated with a fresh smoothie while cooling off next to a stunning waterfall. Your day will continue with a range of workshops and activities. Highlights include laughter yoga, a community circle, campfire, woodcraft for wellbeing, and nature based arts and crafts. Lunch and light refreshments will be provided.
