Are you a fan of Culinary Class Wars? Recommend your favourite restaurant or chef to take part in Red Hot Chef! This new reality show is dreamed up by HSBC Credit Card together with Korean star chef Anh Sung-jae. The show is now inviting Hong Kong restaurants to compete. The top eight finalists will star in Red Hot Chef and have the opportunity to interact with Chef Anh, and the final champion will even receive a restaurant promotional package worth HK$1 million.
Until 30 April, chefs can apply for the Red Hot Chef open audition, in which professional judges will handpick eight chefs to join the show. Simply submit your application via email with the following information:
- Name and half-length portrait of the chef
- Name, logo/trademark, and address of the restaurant
- Three photos of the signature dish(es)
- Introduction of the restaurant and the signature dish(es) (within 100 Chinese characters or 500 English words)
- Contact person, contact number, and email address
