K11 MUSEA, Hong Kong’s Silicon Valley of Culture undertakes a ground-breaking three-year partnership with the world’s top cooking academy, Le Cordon Bleu. For the first time in Hong Kong, the prestigious Parisian culinary institution founded in 1895 will offer exclusive tailor-made culinary courses hosted by its master chefs. With the aim to cultivate the city’s gastronomy culture, the intimate and personalised class sizes suit all ages and levels of experience. Half-day sessions and intensive three-or-five day short courses will be offered under the categories ‘Cuisine’ and ‘Pastry & Desserts’ and participants will receive exclusive certificates from Le Cordon Bleu. The courses will take place at A. Gastronomy Lab from 2 November 2019, a pioneering new space within K11 MUSEA that combines lifestyle with the culinary arts.
