
As La Paloma celebrates 10 years in Hong Kong, Chef-owner Alex Fargas invites diners on a culinary journey (literally!) to Euskadi, the Basque Country, through its rich tapas as the first stop of the Tapas Tour.
The menu celebrates bold regional flavours with: Pintxos, a medley of montaditos topped with cured meats; Croquetas de Buey de Mar, decadent crab croquettes cloaked in golden crunch; Turbot a la Vizcaina, tender fillet draped in traditional garlic sauce; and Pantxineta, the Basque’s iconic almond custard pastry.
