Building upon its previous successes in New York and across the world, the 2024 edition of Hypefest is arriving in Hong Kong on 9 and 10 November. Expect a multi-faceted and immersive cultural experience throughout the weekend, with over 20 global and local brands across fashion, music, art, and food on full display. We’re talking about a curated mix of regional and international musicians, limited-time pop-ups, exclusive product showcases, art installations, carnival game booths, a food village, and more!

Curated music performances to take centre stage
Leading the opening day is Peggy Gou, the internationally renowned South Korean-born DJ, songwriter, and producer. Joining her on stage will be a diverse array of international talents, including Adoy, a Seoul-based indie pop band; Awich, a Japanese hip-hop artist; One Or Eight, a rising Japanese boy group; Rich The Kid, an American rapper; and Sunkis, an up-and-coming pop and R&B singer rapidly.
Also headlining the two-day festival is Justice, the legendary Grammy award-winning French electronic music duo consisting of Gaspard Augé and Xavier de Rosnay. In addition, Hypefest Hong Kong 2024 will inject fresh energy into the event by showcasing emerging talents from around the globe. Among these rising stars are d4vd, an American singer and songwriter known for his emotionally charged bedroom-style indie pop and R&B; Dean, a South Korean alternative R&B singer-songwriter and producer (and a Honeycombers fave!); Milli, a Thai rapper and songwriter; N.Y.P.D., a local post-punk band; and So!YoON!, a member of the South Korean band Se So Neon and an alternative pop singer-songwriter. Local and regional DJs will also perform at the DJ stage presented by Carlsberg.
Exclusive merchandise and brand pop-ups
What’s more, Hypefest Hong Kong 2024 will introduce a variety of exclusive merchandise and present brand pop-ups through interactive carnival games. Look out for special merch, like the “Sun Bleach” collection with Jiyong Kim; Piet x Oakley and Prodip Leung collaboration; Coin Parking Delivery’s first-ever inflatable installations in Hong Kong; Wing Shya’s “Hong Kong Light and Shadows” capsule; BE@RBRICK Audio’s Hypefest-exclusive speaker; Asics Sportstyle pop-up; Timberland “Timbs it Yourself” customisation workshop; and more.
Branded game booths with collectible prizes
Want to win exclusive branded prizes? Take part in the reimagined velcro ball toss, basketball shooting, bowling, and other reimagined carnival games at Hypefest Hong Kong 2024! Participating brands include the local favourite 432hz, working alongside illustrator Kasing Lung for a limited-edition Labubu. 432hz will also bring in two Hong Kong brands, GrowthRing & Supply Co. and Needless Crew, to offer more game prizes.
Other game booths include the homegrown LeeeeeeToy, an art collectible brand; PabePabe, a quirky fashion accessory brand; and Raw Emotions, an indie fashion and lifestyle brand. Among the regional highlights are Ballaholic, a Japanese brand inspired by street basketball, who will showcase its Battle Game in collaboration with Asics; and Costs, from Shenzhen, introducing its latest works with Saucony, alongside exclusive apparel products for Hypefest Hong Kong 2024.
