Calling all foodies in Hong Kong! The 31st Food Expo, organised by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) is being held for five days in mid-August, showcasing a wide range of food and drinks from around the world. The Premium Food Zone in the Public Hall exhibits Nissin, Maxims, Tai Pan, and many other renowned brands, whereas the Gourmet Zone offers delicacies like desserts, organic foods, and specialty coffees. Also, this year’s Food Expo aims to present a global tasting tour by having regional pavilions and specialty items. These include Jeju black pig from Korea, Daitouryou white peach from Japan, rare chocolate from Peru, and more. If you’re in search of healthy foods and would like to #supportlocal in the process, look no further than the easy cooking packs, vegetarian items, and organic ingredients, produced by local fishermen and farmers. There will be recipe demonstrations by celebrity chefs, too!
The Food Expo is being held concurrently with the Hong Kong International Wine & Spirits Fair (Special Edition), Hong Kong International Tea Fair, Home Delights Expo, and Beauty & Wellness Expo – all hosted by the HKTDC. So, make sure you drop by these other expos as well to get the most out of this one-stop shopping experience!
