Step inside and experience the innovative journey of food invention!
A legacy of innovation that changed the world

Momofuku Ando dedicated his life to reimagining food with creativity and innovation. Throughout his years, he embraced creative thinking and never gave up until his vision became reality. From inventing the world’s first instant noodles, Chicken Ramen, in 1958, to revolutionising the industry with Cup Noodles in 1971, and even taking instant noodles to space with Space Ram in 2005, Ando’s relentless pursuit of innovation changed the way people eat worldwide.
An unmissable destination for food lovers and families
Located in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, the Cupnoodles Museum introduces Ando’s inventions with interactive experiences for visitors of all ages. Offering a fun-filled adventure through three hands-on workshops and immersive exhibitions that make food innovation exciting, creative, and unforgettable, the museum has been a must-visit spot for travellers since its launch.
At the signature “My Cupnoodles Factory” workshop, you can customise your very own Cupnoodles, selecting from a variety of soup bases and toppings before designing a unique cup to take home. “Demae Iccho Factory” allows you to create their own noodles from scratch, enjoy the entire process of kneading, spreading, steaming and seasoning the wheat flour, and drying it with the flash-frying method. For those looking for a fun, family-friendly activity, the exclusive “My Granola Factory” lets you mix and match toppings to create your own granola snack, adding a creative twist to everyday food.
