For one night only, the founders themselves will be hosting a guest shift at Avoca, bringing their signature innovative style to Hong Kong. Founded by Sundarat Rojanacanich and Veerach Sawaengsupt, Bar is is celebrated for its avant-garde approach to mixology drawing inspiration from progressive kitchens to reimagine cocktails as a multi-course experience. The Bangkok-based venue features a minimalist, almost laboratory-like design, where ingredients sourced from local farms are distilled, fermented, and transformed into unexpected yet harmonious flavor combinations.
