The new restaurants in Singapore can wait. This month, we’re buzzing with gleeful excitement for 4XFOUR, as the pop-up restaurant returns for another round of Michelin-star-studded lunches and dinners. Check out the special booking offer below just for Honeycombers readers!
Held from 28 October to 20 November at 39 Harding Road, 4XFOUR’s third instalment will feature renowned chefs, namely Paco Morales of Ferrero by Paco Morales in Spain, Claude Bosi of Hibiscus in the UK, Davide Scabin of Combal.Zero in Italy, and Ollie Dabbous of Dabbous in the UK (see dates below). The theme for this edition is “A Mid-autumn Night’s Dream”; so expect fall offerings like a vegetable stew, a 120-days-old St Brides chicken, a medley of veal fillet, salty cod, and anchovy teppanyaki vegetables, as well as a roast duck.
None of these names ring a bell? No matter – we hear that the first and second editions of 4XFOUR were sold out, which means that the culinary event won’t disappoint even the fussiest tastebuds and the snobbiest gourmands. This year, there are a total of 15 lunch sessions and 17 dinner sessions, but you might want to hustle, as plenty are either selling fast or already booked out – eek! The lunch menu is a four-course experience ($188++ per person), while the eight-course dinner is priced at $288++ per person. If you are a VISA cardholder, enjoy special early-bird rates at $138++ for lunch and $238++ for dinner (VISA Early bird offer ends 15th October).
