With Mark Sargeant, Gordon Ramsay’s executive chef for 13 years, at the helm, and Luke Whearty, former head of Melbourne-based Der Raum, as head bartender, you can expect simple but great British-inspired food and delicious cocktails. They’ve just opened the bar, but the next three floors of public and private dining for breakfast, lunch, tea, and dinner will follow suit soon so keep checking back! Psst, their G&Ts and a cocktail called Cuba Libre are the bomb-diggity.
