Hong Kong’s own home grown chocolate makers and spirit curators are launching a joint pop-up for the most delicious season, in ifc mall, from November 11thto May 4th. Visitors will be able to buy an incredible range of rare independently bottled whisky, rum, Cognac, Armagnac and more, as well as chocolate and cacao products, including winter holiday specials, never-before-seen flavours, and for the first time, Conspiracy’s bean-to-bonbon: fresh truffles, pralines and more handmade confectionery.
Visitors will also participate in experiences and workshops, including tastings, pairings of chocolate & whisky, pairings with other flavours such as sake, wine and tea, and workshops on gifting curation, chocolate board design, rituals, matching whisky with music and more.
The design of the store is inspired by existence in nature and the experience of connecting with an artisan through the depth and complexity of the flavours they have created. The look and feel of the joint pop-up tell two stories: One is a celebration of chocolate in winter and the holidays diving into cacao’s rich history and mesmerising process, and the other is the timeless origin of traditional spirits expressed in premium, small-batch independent bottles. The venue will blend the two stories in artistic visual merchandising, emphasising pairings, harmonious hosting, and impactful gifting.
Both brands have been preparing for the holiday season all year and will be displaying a curated range of their best bottles, bars and fresh pralines. Conspiracy’s chefs and The Whisky Library have been working all year on their most prestigious creations for the occasion. These products can not be found anywhere year-round and are traditionally the most sought-after as the holiday season begins. Beside the annual winter products, we have created bespoke, exclusive products only for the joint pop-up that cannot be found anywhere else. For the first time, Conspiracy Chocolate will be making fresh pralines in their signature approach of classic European, Asian and playful flavours, all made in Hong Kong of natural whole foods.

Conspiracy chocolate is a Bean to Bar chocolate maker and chocolatier started in Hong Kong in 2018, focused on upscale craftsmanship of single-origin cacao from hand-picked asian farms. The cacao is cultivated and fermented at one farm in Vietnam, then roasted, stone-ground and aged in Hong Kong by a team of culinary experts.
