Anticipate the harmonious blend of flavours as both chefs showcase their unique interpretations of the classic Scallop en Croute. Honouring Posso’s Italian-inspired heritage, handmade pastas take centre stage with the tantalising Lobster Casarecce and the fragrant Black Truffle Carbonara.
