The event-exclusive menu starts with “The Gold Digger” – a sparkling plate featuring two Normandy oysters, complete with passion fruit tiger’s milk gelee, and edible gold leaf. Next, enjoy Chef Arturo’s “Something Old Something New”, a refreshed version of the restaurant’s La Causa, Tuna & Hamachi Nigiri. This is followed by the “Kinki Bee” which is the combination of TokyoLima’s signature “Ki-mo-chi” Fried Chicken and the Pan con Chicharron slow cooked pork belly bun. Last but not least, the crowd favourite Oye Papi will be given an extra special makeover – expect a show-stopping, glamorous (re)presentation!
