In the first ever crossover between cocktail bar Terrible Baby and art gallery Tomorrow Maybe, you are invited to join Luke Casey, the London- and Hong Kong-based visual artist, for an exclusive private tour of his solo show Specters at Terrible Baby, followed by brunch and cocktails at Terrible Baby just next door.
Brunch will include three starters, and a main course of choice from a selection of delectable gourmet mains. These include a Steamed Seafood Platter, a Fish Burger, Impossible Burger and Iberico Chorizo Linguine, as well as two cocktails inspired by Specters and the supernatural. Deep dive into the childlike and dreamlike world co-created by Casey and the computer with the artist, and feast on brunch and cocktails on the breezy open air terrace.
The VIP Tour and brunch with Luke Casey will be held on 28 and 29 May, from 12 to 3pm. Spots are limited, so be sure to RSVP now!
About Specters
Specters is comprised of new video and photo works that explore the relationship between the natural, digital, and supernatural worlds. The works are created using a mix of analogue photography and AI technology to re-implant supernatural visions from his past into environments he’s photographed. The show explores memory and collective consciousness, and illustrates the potential of AI to help us connect with the supernatural world. It also poses questions around reality, and the fickleness of truth in the digital age.
