Presented by CHARBON art space, non-profit exhibition – Documenting Myanmar – will showcase Burmese photographs, short films and artist-modified images revolving around the power and subjectivity of the documentary. The exhibition will open on 9 March and run until 24 March 2018 in Wong Chuk Hang. Everyone is welcome, free admission.
On 9 March, the exhibition’s grand opening will have the presence of Caroline Ha Thuc (curator), Lalie Choffel (gallery owner) and selected artists from Myanmar including Minzayar Oo and lecturer Christophe Loviny. A curator talk and artist sharing session will take place at 7.00 p.m. and 7.30 p.m. respectively.
