Working together with acclaimed Australian Chef, James Viles [owner of the two-hatted Biota Dining] The Dinner Series is guaranteed to be a gourmet goodie. For the inaugural evening of this chef collaboration dinner, on Sunday August 20th 2017, James Viles will be cooking alongside Chef Joel Bickford from The Gantry, Walsh Bay, Australia.
This uber talented [and fun] duo will be serving up an exceptional nine-course menu unlike anything else in Bali. Each dish has been carefully considered and individually inspired by the ingredients of Bali’s rich landscape, and in line with both James and Joel’s cooking philosophies, all of the ingredients will be backed by a great respect for regional, premium produce.
Both James and Joel will present and personally serve each of their dishes throughout the evening, and with microphones in hand, they’ll be describing the inspiration and ingredients behind each one.
