Flavours of the ocean
If fresh catches are up your street, fill your plates with the likes of poached live prawn, scallop and Hyogo oysters from the seafood on ice section. Bursting with sweetness from the ocean, they’re so fresh that you can eat them on their own – no condiments necessary. But if you must dip, try the basil chilli sauce or the chinchalok lime dip.
That’s not the end of the seafood feast, though. You can’t miss the sashimi station with salmon, tuna, octopus and other fresh slices waiting to be savoured with a splash of soy sauce and a dose of wasabi. Add to that a few maki and gunkan bites to round off your plate of seafood goodness, and you’ll be golden.
Unmissable new menu delights
Don’t miss the incredible new additions to the menu. First up, the foo chew pork belly. Bite into it and your palate will be instantly hit by its savoury flavour and tender texture. Then, the fermented red rice wine cuts through with its subtle sweetness and sharpness that balances out the pork belly perfectly.
Another dish making its debut is the addictive drunken prawn in pocket, featuring fleshy prawns cooked in a delectable Chinese rice wine sauce. De-shell the prawns to reveal its succulent flesh, and don’t forget to douse it with the sauce for the ideal bite.
For a dessert with a twist, the maotai with lychee is a smooth mousse with refreshing lychee puree that hides a maotai liquor kick. Give it a go if the typical decadent treats aren’t to your fancy.
Delectable meats and mains
The mains and meaty delights at Feast Asia are no pushover, either. Slurp down the beef noodle soup for a comforting main; or tuck into the iconic Roxy satay that pays homage to this well-loved local dish of pork, chicken and beef skewers served with a delicious peanut sauce.
Signature highlights we love
Our favourites? The signature laksa, in all its spicy, savoury and umami goodness. Topped with a flavourful, piquant broth and slices of seafood, this is one unmissable dish that’ll tantalise your palate.
For desserts, the durian pengat stole our hearts with its rich, distinct flavour – it’s not dubbed the ‘king of fruits’ for nothing! Psst: have it with the kueh salat for an extra dose of decadence and creaminess. And if you’re craving more sweet treats, the array of kuehs and old-school snacks (think: retro gem biscuits and White Rabbit candy) will satisfy your sweet tooth.
If you’re a fan of all the spice, umami and sweetness of Asian cuisine, you’ll want to book a table at Feast Asia, stat. (Some items on the menu are rotational, so keep an eye out on Feast Asia’s website for the latest updates.) Come hungry, ‘cos there’s lots to indulge in!
