Every delivery comes with a Zoom login link to a live conversation with Zén’s Executive Chef Tristin Farmer and Beverage Director Aaron Jacobson, and the sixth-generation Olivier Krug of the Krug champagne founding family who will call in from their champagne house in Reims, where you can hear stories, ask questions and interact with them. Just like dining at the restaurant, Tristin will take you through the menu personally, Aaron will introduce the pairing and how to best enjoy Krug, while Olivier will give an insight into the Krug family history, their philosophy and their story to why they create a Grande Cuvée every year to match the best vintage years.⠀

– Juniper smoked sea trout, sake brined trout roe, yuzu kosho, dill pollen smetana, fermented celeriac
