At the Sushi Shin Pop-Up, the intricacies of sushi making are artfully expressed in a refined 19-Course Omakase Menu ($380++ per person), which includes highlights such as Alfonsino Sashimi, Kinki Shabu Shabu, Steamed Abalone with Abalone Liver Sauce, and Chef’s Selection of 10 Sushi Varieties.
