Shangri-La Singapore presents the second edition of its iconic Festival of Wines from 22 September to 1 October 2022, giving guests the opportunity to sample over 100 different wine and Champagne labels from around the world. Curated by Shangri-La Group’s award-winning Head Sommelier Britt Ng, a series of indulgent wine dinners and lunches will be available at some of the hotel’s key restaurants with limited seats, including a collaboration with Dan Lee, winner of MasterChef: The Professionals 2021 for a special six-hands wine dinner at Origin Grill.
Savour an array of rare and unique wines from different parts of the world, as well as artisanal Champagnes, in a series of eight different experiences across Shang Palace, Origin Grill, Origin Bar, Waterfall Ristorante Italiano and The Lobby Lounge. The first wine dinner of the festival will kick off with an exquisite evening in the company of fine wines from Clarendelle and Château Haut-Brion, one of the most prestigious and celebrated wine estates in Bordeaux.
