Enjoy a pocket-friendly Easter celebration with our menu at S$68++ per adult and $20++ for children under 12. Choose from a selection of four main courses each crafted to satisfy different palates. The Country Whole Roasted Chicken boasts a tender fall-off-the-bone texture while the Roasted Australian Striploin remains a crowd-pleaser with its rich flavour. Fans of succulent ribs will appreciate the BBQ Pork Ribs glazed in tantalising kecap manis sauce. Meanwhile those on a vegetarian diet are not forgotten with the Turmeric Roasted Cauliflower.
Complementing our main courses is a bountiful salad bar featuring baby romaine beetroot cherry tomatoes sweet corn and a zesty dressing of lemon and extra virgin olive oil (EVOO). Additionally there is also a buffet lineup presenting a variety of seasonal buttered vegetables classic roasted potatoes Mac & Cheese crispy fried onion rings hot cross buns and Yorkshire pudding. To conclude the meal on a sweet note is an array of delectable French pastries.

Between 11:30 am and 4 pm Lion Brewery Co has curated a vibrant Easter Day Program to entertain the little ones while parents enjoy their hearty brunch. Activities include face painting an Easter Egg Colouring session as well as an Easter Egg Hunt Bingo offering brunch-goers a chance to collect their Easter egg at their leisure by picking up a bingo sheet from the Bunny Booth and embarking on a hunt around the brewery. Additionally capture a special moment with the Easter Fairy as she gives out goodies to all the children. The event winds down with an Easter movie from 3 pm.
