Level33 invites all to partake in a weekend of Easter revelry. Commemorating Good Friday on 29 March, Level33 presents a 4-course Fish Friday Set Menu ($108++ per pax), available for both lunch and dinner. Embracing the spirit of communal dining, guests may look forward to a special Easter Roast ($168++ for 2 to 3 pax) on 30 and 31 March for lunch.
Crafted by Executive Chef Jake Kowalewski, these celebratory menus artfully incorporate beer and the by-products of the beer brewing process through a distinctive ContemBrewery culinary approach. Nestled atop Marina Bay Financial Tower 1, diners can savour Level33’s unique cuisine while taking in the breathtaking view of Marina Bay’s dynamic cityscape.
The 4-course Fish Friday Set Menu begins with Oyster Two Ways – one paired with Level33 Blond Lager, and the other with housemade Level33 Brut Beer jelly. After which, a Kingfish Ceviche is served.
For the main course selection, guests have the choice of savouring either the Aged Tasmanian Ocean Trout or indulge in the Local Sea Bass. Guests also have a choice of two desserts. The Organic Coffee & Stout Cappuccino is a blend of smooth panna cotta, chantilly, chocolate, and a jelly infused with Level33 Stout beer. Alternatively, enjoy the Tea Tiramisu, featuring matcha, Earl Grey, Thai milk tea, vanilla mascarpone, and pistachio.
Level33 special Easter Roast features a juicy Lamb Shoulder and Rack, slow-roasted for 24 hours accompanied by sides of gnocchi crafted with spent grain from Level33’s own in-house microbrewery, peas, asparagus, and confit tomato, served with lamb jus and gremolata.
Diners may complement their Easter Roast with options from Level33’s weekender menu. Or, indulge in Level33’s Free-flow Beverage Offer ($88++ per pax), exclusively available every weekend, from 12pm to 4pm. The Free-Flow beverage offer includes Level33 signature house-brewed beers, Prosecco, Prosecco Rosé, house wines (Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc, Rose), and soft drinks.
