Surprise surprise, for the second year running, a Thailand-based restaurant takes the top spot at this year’s Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants by San Pellegrino.
Progressive Indian restaurant Gaggan has been crowned number one on the prestigious list, knocking last year’s winner, Nahm, off the coveted spot. David Thompson’s fine dining restaurant snagged number 7 this year.
Wondering how our local players fared? Restaurant Andre secured fifth place on the list, while Waku Ghin sits at number nine.
Here’s who made it into the top 10:
#1 Gaggan (Bangkok, Thailand)
#2 Narisawa (Tokyo, Japan)
