The HK EnvironMentalists, a group dedicated to promoting sustainable practices in Hong Kong’s bars, are taking over Fang Fang. They’ll be screening their ‘Pass The Pineapple’ video, showing how one pineapple’s waste can be used four different ways to craft unique cocktails and serving them up for a bargain HKD$77 each throughout the evening.
