What makes Ca’ Del Grevino special?

Situated just ten miles from the Pacific Coast, the vineyards benefit from its perfect maritime influences. Right now is harvest time at the vineyard. Having started with the Riesling in early September, the team has since moved on to their famous Pinot Noir, while up next will be Chardonnay. The very last varietal they’ll pick will be Syrah after Grenache and Dolcetto.

The wine is fermented in New French Oak barrels for 12 to 18 months which brings out the finesse and elegance of the grapes.
