As the sun sets over Waecicu Bay this Saturday, two of AYANA’s bar destinations will meet over the waters of Labuan Bajo for Rock the Dragon, a special one-night guest shift at Naga Bar.
Taking place on 18 July 2026, from 17:00 to 22:00, the collaboration brings together Aris Septiawan from After Rock at AYANA Bali and Evangelistio from AYANA Komodo Waecicu Beach. Against Naga Bar’s panoramic ocean setting, the two bartenders will serve six original cocktails featuring Nusa Caña Tropical White Rum, tropical produce, and flavors that trace a creative journey from Bali to Flores.
A standout from Aris’ menu is After Rock Legacy, an expressive combination of cacao nib-infused rum, coffee liqueur, and espresso. From Evangelistio, Bena highlights the character of the region through roasted mango, passion fruit, turmeric, Flores honey, lime, and saline.
Other creations range from the tea-infused Island Punch and smoky, citrus-led From Bali to Bajo, to Flores-inspired cocktails featuring hibiscus, moringa, pandan coconut cream, and locally sourced cold-brew coffee.
Named after the legendary Komodo dragon, Rock the Dragon is a celebration of Indonesian rum, island ingredients, and the distinct cocktail cultures of Bali and Labuan Bajo. Each cocktail is available at IDR 150,000++.
