On Friday 18 September, Buzo welcomes Chef Aman Lakhiani of Junsei for a one-night-only kitchen takeover.
Known for his modern take on yakitori and the centuries-old art of binchotan charcoal grilling, Chef Aman brings his cooking to the Buzo kitchen for a special evening of Japanese flavours, fire and one-night-only dishes.
Joining the evening is Dedi Mulyadi of Tamba Tea Room & Listening Bar, bringing his signature approach to cocktails, shaped by Japanese ingredients, tea, fermentation and umami, alongside a carefully curated soundtrack for the night.
