You see, the way this vibrant restaurant sees it is, no matter what dietary path you’re on, every diner at Clean Canteen will have one thing in common, and that’s a plate of good food in front of them.
All of the ingredients here are fresh, organic and pesticide-free. All dishes are homemade and created from scratch daily, and all meat is grass-fed and free from antibiotics and harmful hormones. Not only that, but all dishes on the menu are carefully marked according to allergens or dietary preferences, and the staff have been expertly trained to handle any type of foodie request.
Culture on a plate
Think that healthy food is only alfalfa sprouts, steamed chicken and raw veggies? Think again. As you might have guessed by now, Clean Canteen’s menu isn’t like other health food restaurants – not in the slightest. Instead of just salads and soups on the menu, Clean Canteen is all about celebrating the flavour and cultural vigour of Asian and Western street food – without any of the nasties, of course.
The concept was inspired by the prestigious Michelin starred chefs around the world who have orchestrated street food using quality ingredients, from London and New York, to Melbourne and Singapore. Well, these vibrant and iconic staples have now found their way to Bali, making use of all the ingredient-goodness and creative talent that we have right here on the island.

You see, the man behind the menu was once the Executive Chef of everyone’s favourite sunshine destination, Potato Head Beach Club, so Clean Canteen’s kitchen force is very well versed in the art of innovative food concepts….
From the legendary island smoothie bowls for brekkie, to the veggie-stuffed Vegan Super Wrap and Spicy Thai Beef Steak for lunch and dinner, the food here is all about great ingredients consciously and creatively used in organic, nutritionally-rich dishes.
