When you just can’t get no tasty satisfaction or when you’re craving THAT burger after your night out, here’s why BO$$ MAN is the heavy hitter in the burger stakes
Seminyak has food choices for every craving and budget under the tropical sun, but when you want world-class burgers in Bali that are properly in a league of their own, where do you go? You go to BO$$ MAN, Seminyak. Full stop.
And it’s not just because they’re open until 4am every day OR because they deliver (yeay). Or that they’ll be introducing alcoholic slushies in a few weeks. No, it’s for far more important reasons.
The quality. Neighbour and tougher relative to next-door Sisterfields, the Seminyak café everyone rightly raves about, BO$$ MAN brings a similar, fine-quality dining approach to its burger menu selection. It’s only top quality, or it’s nowhere near your burger.
No slapped-on-a-bun burger patties here, no siree. All beef burgers are made from 60-day dry-aged chuck steaks shaped in-house daily. All juicy, tender pork is cooked low and slow over 18 hours, loaded with BO$$ MAN sauces – all homemade (of course).
The size. These burgers aren’t for the faint hearted or faint hungered. It’s a meal, and then some. No chance you’ll leave disappointed, you’ll be satisfied.
The drool factor. BO$$ MAN offers six signature burgers to choose from – only the best make the cut. Choose from these little beauties:
The Original Gangster – the classic beef burger with all the trimmings: American cheddar, heirloom tomatoes, grilled onions and a trio of homemade sauces;
The Al Capone – smokey, mean and meaty, stacked with bacon, grilled onions, smoked cheddar, a bone marrow emulsion and a house-smoked BBQ sauce;
The Kim “Chi” Un – a chicken burger that takes charge with spicy bites of homemade kimchi and gochujang mayo;
The Notorious P.I.G. – get down and dirty with a slab of sticky pork belly, candied chilli and a sesame emulsion;
The Gandhi – feeding veggie-loving bosses with an edamame, quinoa & sunflower seed patty, loaded with a beetroot and walnut salad;
The juicy Adonis – bringing a Greek twist on a 36-hour lamb shoulder, tucked beneath a melted Saganaki cheese and slathered with an eggplant chutney and a cucumber & dill tzatziki.
The sides. As every self-respecting burger-lover knows, a burger meal is often as good as what accompanies it. So if these awesome fries and sides don’t do it for you, you’re not for real. Think truffle, porcini and parmesan fries with a truffle aioli, and pulled pork, jalapeño, grilled queso blanco and coriander with a chipotle mayo.
Located right next to Sisterfields amidst the thick of Seminyak’s café, bar and shopping scene, you can pop in to stay a while whilst hanging out with the crew. Or pick up on your way home from La Favela, Potato Head, Woobar or anywhere late for that matter.
Or don’t be shy and phone a BO$$ friend. There’s no shame in the delivery god-send if you’ve indulged in good times the night before and can’t possibly escape the air-con or villa pool to face the world. We hear you!
