Meeting fans, training sessions, matches… and making kopi - here’s what Europe’s top footballers are up to at ICC Singapore
Football fans, the action has kicked off. The International Champions Cup (ICC) is the world’s premier summer football tournament, bringing the best in football to venues across the world – including Singapore!
This year, three top teams, Bayern Munich, Inter Milan, and Chelsea, will be competing in some friendly matches. The first match for the ICC Singapore 2017 saw Bayern Munich and Chelsea play out a competitive game in front of nearly 50,000 people at the National Stadium, with the German team emerging as victors with three goals.
There’re still two more games to be played on July 27 and 29, but before we let you off to get them tickets, here’s what the players have been up to in Singapore so far – it’s still pretty much work, work, work for them, so let’s hope we see them chillin’ at a kopitiam, having some local dishes or taking selfies at some of our attractions soon.
