Making its return for the 11th year, the Noise Singapore 2016 Festival celebrates homegrown creative talent with an exciting slew of exhibitions and concerts from 13 August to 30 September 2016 at Capitol Piazza and The Esplanade. Presented by the National Arts Council, the festival aims to provide young people aged 35 and below a platform to express their creativity and talent through original works. What’s more, this year’s festival sees five intriguing collaborations that are paving the way for progress within the lively youth arts scene in Singapore.
