Make room in that stomach of yours because Savour – one of Singapore’s biggest gourmet food festivals – is back for its fourth edition.
From 26 to 29 March 2015, you can once again get a taste of Michelin-starred and award winning creations in the casual, laid-back setting of the alfresco-style F1 Pit Building. Over 50 signature dishes by an impressive line-up of both foreign and local chefs will be on offer, so expect to see some familiar names, including Ryan Clift (Tippling Club), Christopher Millar (Stellar at 1-Altitude), Claudio Sandri (Spathe Public House), and heaps more.
Of course, what’s Savour without its visiting chefs? Luke Burgess of Australia’s Garagistes and Daniel Clifford of UK’s Midsummer House will be in town, and resident Savour chef Alvin Leung (Bo Innovation, Hong Kong) will return, with a spanking new menu to boot.
Other festival highlights include a gourmet market (look out for some hard-to-find items, like Japanese white strawberries), celebrity chef masterclasses, and wine and sake appreciation classes (complete with certification).
