Join us for a three-hour therapeutic yoga journey, where we explore the principle of non-violence (Ahimsa) through safe shares, a listening circle, yoga theory, Yin yoga practice, and reflective journaling. This experience is not just about practicing yoga poses; it’s about cultivating a deeper sense of inner peace and kindness towards oneself and others, fostering feelings of being heard and supported.
Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this event offers a unique opportunity to deepen your understanding of ahimsa and carry with you an experience of lasting tranquility and connection. This session marks the beginning of a series designed to explore yogic concepts in more embodied and therapeutic ways, allowing for a profound journey of personal and collective growth.
