In this class, participants will learn the techniques of making classic French madeleines with a zesty Yuzu touch from scratch with our very own Head of Pastry – Chef Zulfeqar. Each participant will also get to bring home a batch of freshly baked Madeleines that they can enjoy after the class, or to share with friends and family!
