This Mother’s Day, from 8 to 12 May 2024, Miyoshi by Fat Cow presents “A Taste Of Love, For Mum”, a thoughtfully curated 5-course set menu priced at $138++ per person available for lunch and dinner at the main dining hall, designed to pamper mums with care and appreciation.
Nestled within an alluring colonial-style conservation building on the scenic island of Sentosa, Miyoshi invites diners to experience a modern way of savouring long-beloved Japanese flavours. This special Mother’s Day edition set menu includes items such as Hassun Moriawase: A tantalising array of seafood that will open the palate featuring items like the Seabream Roll Sushi, Seared Tuna with Egg Yolk Shoyu and Mustard, as well as Simmered Baby Abalone with Rapini Dressing and Mustard.
Other items include the Wagyu Manjyu, a deep-fried dumpling filled with minced Toriyama Wagyu and complemented with a rich dashi broth, then finished with simmered vegetables and kinome leaf, as well as the Miyazaki A4 Sukiyaki, highlighting thinly sliced teppan-seared ribeye slices paired with a savoury sukiyaki sauce and egg yolk foam.
