– About the experience –
Do you forget that you can breathe right now?
“You can take a breath” is a cue to add consciousness to something you’re already doing. Breathing becomes Breathwork when one adds attention and energy to it; in turn connecting ourselves to our “bodies” — physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual —
all through the action of breath.
This experience is about enabling this intention and action, which activates healing, expansion, and wellness. What to expect:
• Connecting ourselves to our “bodies”— physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual — all through the action of breath
• Practicing active breathing through awareness, and deepening the practice at your own pace
Depending on the intensity and each individual’s physical or inner needs, one may experience different bodily sensations, hyper-oxygenation, even discomfort or euphoria as the body starts to address issues within itself. One may find emotional release when one starts to let go of the mind and starts being heart-centred. Or simply, one would find this to have been the only time during a busy week to rest in its truest sense.
You are encouraged to go at your own pace, there is no need to force oneself to keep up. In fact — through the attempt itself — one will already receive the benefits of this amazing practice.

– About the facilitator –
A creative by trade, but a Lightworker through and through, Eugene has been a music artiste for over 15 years, and in parallel, his practice of Lightwork and Breathwork grew alongside it almost organically.
His healing and teaching practice is mostly through private sessions, and is always blessed to be able to make a difference in another through a loving and grateful attitude. Additionally, Eugene is a deep practitioner of 茶道, or the “Way of Tea”.
Combining his main modalities into the practice of contemplation and mindfulness through the experience of the Tea Ceremony, Eugene is constantly evolving his soul work, and welcomes everyone to go deeper and heal together with him.
