Kick start your dinner with some Smoked Duck Breast with Chickpeas and Red Onions in Pomegranate Dressing or Potato and Beetroot Salad with Turkey Ham and Dried Cranberries. Fresh out of the oven is a selection of mains that includes Fillet Fish or Slow Cooked Salmon with Quinoa and Saffron Splash, Mud Crab Creamy Mushroom Ragout and Spicy Chili Crayfish.

Countdown into the New Year with friends and loved ones amidst abundance at 21 On Rajah. Relish epicurean highlights spanning seafood varieties including Boston Lobsters, Tiger Prawns, Green Lip Mussels, Scallops on Shell, Alaska Crabs and Clams. Moving on to assorted cold cuts and grilled vegetables at the antipasti station before tucking into the star of the evening – Whole Baked Salmon with Fresh Herbs.
