How we’re brunching this Sunday: with a seafood spread, jug of Pimm’s and ping pong at Bayswater Kitchen
Bayswater Kitchen is already on our radar as a Hot New Table, sitting pretty at the Marina at Keppel Bay and serving up sustainable and wild-caught seafood (including the best fish and chips we’ve found in Singapore). We were already dreaming of spending our Sundays here chilling out with that water view, grazing on fresh seafood and making use of that ping pong table. Now we’ve got just the excuse to start claiming that regular table: Bayswater Kitchen is now serving a seafood-centric Sunday brunch.
Five words: soft-shell crab eggs benedict. One of our weaknesses, soft-shell crab, and our favourite things, eggfast, together at last.

Here’s what else we’ve got our eyes on…

Okay, okay, so you’ve got a carnivore with you, or a serious hankering for a Sunday roast? Chef de Cuisine Jack Allibone has it covered too with a proper ribeye beef or free-roaming chicken roast – and yes, there’s Yorkshire pudding.

And we’ll be having it all with a jug of Pimm’s, thanks.
Got the kiddos with you (you’ll need that Pimm’s). There’s a neat little kids’ menu and colouring activities to keep them distracted before you unleash them on the ping pong or foosball table and get back to chilling out.
Did we mention there’s a two-piece playing jazz? It’s all about the Sunday vibes, people.
Sunday brunch at Bayswater Kitchen is from 11am – 5pm.
