Roia, the opulent home of Chef Priyam Chatterjee’s colourful culinary story, opens its doors once more to a collaboration with another restaurant juggernaut Matera by Chef Bjoern Alexander.
For one night only on 29 June 2024, Chefs Priyam and Bjoern will join forces for a Four-Hands Dinner presenting seven courses that draw from their different cultures to present a progressive menu pushing the boundaries of flavours.
The seven-course dinner is priced at $248++ per person featuring Chef Priyam’s signature natural and organic approach with Indian touches perfected by French techniques lending spice to the menu played up against Chef Bjoern’s bold reinterpretation of Italian essence and traditions fused with Asian influences of Japanese and Chinese.
With limited seatings, advanced reservations are encouraged. Due to the special format of this one night only menu, dietary restrictions will not be accommodated. Reservations are subject to a cancellation or modification fee if made within 72 hours of the booking.
