Taking place online and offline, with free and ticketed events, the festival features more than 120 holistic wellness experiences across the island – from Orchard to Sentosa to Changi.
What is wellness, you ask? It’s more than keeping fit and eating healthy. It’s also about lifestyle habits and mental and emotional wellbeing – taking care of your mind, body and soul. All part of the journey to becoming your best self! So, ready to rejuvenate, recharge and relax?

1. Wellness Festival Weekend @ Jewel
Live the lush life at Jewel’s Shiseido Forest Valley with invigorating wellness classes. Start your morning with a taichi session or forest bathing journey, followed by adrenaline-fuelled spin classes and K-pop dance workouts.

2. The Wellness Sensorium
Enter this multi-sensory experience at the beautiful Gardens by the Bay to immerse yourself in six experiential zones. The Source is a cool installation that lights up at night, while the Light & Sound Bath features soothing light and sound waves. Hop on a bike for Spin Orchestra and trigger lights and music as you pedal in sync with others. Before you head off, add your drawing to The Monument of Good Vibes, an interactive installation.

3. Zentosa Fest
Escape our urban city and retreat to Sentosa for a breath of fresh air. This festival offers everything from beach glamping experiences to healthy dining options to masterclasses. Head to Stress Stop for meditation, breathwork and sound bathing sessions, or Palawan Green for the Zentosa Festival Village, featuring outdoor performances, sports workshops and more.

4. Crane x Wellness Fest
Need a little retail therapy? Swing by Crane for a pop-up marketplace featuring the likes of Doob Bean Bags, Herba Pharm and FoodCulture. You can also join Scent by Six perfume workshops, kombucha classes by Starter Culture and more.

5. Healthy Chinatown
Chinatown goes the health and wellness route this month with exciting events in the neighbourhood. Join a mass yoga party led by popular practitioners, check out a Muay Thai showcase or kids’ wushu performance and try your hand at a TCM cocktail workshop.

6. Craft Fragrance Experience
Want to make your own bespoke perfume? This immersive wellness experience by Oo La Lab lets you sniff out your favourite notes and work with a mixologist to create a custom-made scent. Plus, check out the Open Lab imaginarium of sensorial installations and fragrance displays.

7. Como Wellness for Life
From young couples to families with little ones, everyone’s welcome. The line-up includes talks and workshops that focus on physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. You’ll learn about nutrition, traditional Chinese medicine, mindfulness practices and lots more.

8. Pink Oasis
