On Tuesday 31 May, in collaboration with Mead Asia, Noka brings you an opportunity to savour some premium sakes from Heiwa Shuzo, paired with Noka’s exquisite dishes.
Heiwa means peace or harmony in Japanese. Heiwa Shuzo, originally founded as Yamamoto Sake Brewery in 1928, rechanelled their focus on achieving a “peaceful sake” in the period post World War II. The valley where the brewery is located boasts of luscious, soft spring water, which yields sake of top quality.
Don’t miss out on trying 5 of Heiwa Shuzo’s premium sakes with a 7-course Noka menu curated to bring out the best of both the sakes and the unique Japanese ingredients used. The dinner is priced at $285++ per pax.
