The upcoming Sunday Luxe Series on 26 September will take on a plant-based sustainability theme and is organised in collaboration with Classic Fine Foods, a purveyor of unique gourmet products from around the world, where At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy will be transformed into an academy of profound food discovery, experience and debate. The Sunday Luxe Series happens on the 2nd and 4th Sunday of each month with one of the following themes – food mission, heritage, food business and sustainability.
There will be three different experiences specially designed to showcase plant-based produce and dishes.
Plant-Based Produce Market (3 sessions): 10am – 12pm | 1pm – 3pm | 4pm – 6pm
Plant-Based Cooking Classes (2 sessions): 10am – 1pm | 2pm – 5pm
Sunday Luxe Plant-Based Dinner (2 seatings): 5.30pm – 7.30pm | 8pm – 10pm
