For the Cognac enthusiasts, Blackwattle is collaborating with Frapin Cognac for a sophisticated 5-course cognac pairing dinner on May 22nd, 2018 with Patrice Piveteau, the official cognac representative. Together with Head Chef Joeri Timmermans, the special menu will be specially curated to compliment the rich, smooth yet complex flavours and characters of the drink.
The 5-course with cognac pairing dinner at $150++ includes Blackwattle’s signature seasonal menu items:
