The precise cutting of fish is not just a skill, but an art form, that the Japanese have perfected. Japanese chefs use a combination of nimble and sharp knives, deft hands, and ancient techniques to slice their fish with precision and panache. The entire process is a spectacle worthy of admiration, and you get to witness it right here in Singapore!
For the next four Saturdays only, Japan Foods Garden will host live fish cuttings where you get to watch enormous bodies of fresh fish being expertly cut into clean boneless fillets or succulent slices, that you get to eat right after! On the 14th and 28th April 2018, the chef will be cutting King Maguro, and on the 21st April and 5th May, it will be Salmon, so lock in these dates for a visual and culinary delight!
