Get ravenous for this recharged Sunday brunch at Oscar’s at Conrad Centennial Singapore, also featuring roast London duck, seafood, salads and dessert
Consistently revving brunchers up on the lazy weekend is Oscar’s Supercharged Sunday Brunch, and it looks like it’s getting yet another jolt of electricity – sleepyheads, ten-hut!
In this week’s Brunch to Munch, we focus our food radar yet again on this weekend buffet at Conrad Centennial Singapore, as we’ve picked up even more brunchy blips that you should sit up for. As if the spread wasn’t decadent enough, Oscar’s ups the ante, first of all, with its new carving station featuring a cosmopolitan culinary trio – Filipino lechon (otherwise known as Spanish suckling pig), a Russian-style salmon pie called salmon coubiliac, and roast London duck.
Not fired up yet? Let this recharged, Supercharged Brunch fuel your appetite with its outdoor charcoal BBQ station serving fresh lobsters and prime beef, with sauces including the sinful blue cheese and cognac. And if no brunch of yours is complete without eggs, opt for the buffet’s poached “Eggs with Attitude” which you can top off with foie gras parcels and pancetta.
And if the thought of a Bloody Mary for that hangover makes you go “bah”, soldier on for the weekend and keep boozin’ with Oscar’s free-flow G&Ts at its craft Gin & Tonic Bar – an additional top-up of $30++ or $70++ is required (the former gets you free flow of sparkling wine, house red and white wines and draft beer; the latter gets you free flow of Champagne, premium red and white wines and Hitachino Nest beers). Cheers to that? We hear you.
