Available on weekends and public holidays from 11.30am to 2.30pm, these surf and turf plates serve more than just your run-of-the-mill eggs Benedict (how’s that for a breath of fresh air?). Blue swimmer crab croquettes, braised wagyu beef cheek in bechamel sauce, miso-glazed Atlantic cod, spatchcock chicken served with rosemary rosti, and filet mignon with brioche croute and foie gras are just some highlights you’ll be looking forward to, from a menu that changes every two weeks (snooze, you lose!).
