What’s the deal?

As responsible hosts, the team at Dragon-I want to make sure your that you are well looked after in the food department too, so they are giving guests access to all-you-can-eat oysters and caviar during those four hours too. This may just be the most decadent happy hour in town!
Why we love it…
Don’t think that you will be getting just the standard run-of-the-mill seafood here. Salty oysters are sourced directly from Southern Tasmania, while those who prefer their shellfish with a milder finish can enjoy the Irish Rock variety. The Arenkha Caviar from Spain has a smoky yet salty flavour, the perfect match for your bubbly accompaniment, and you get all of this for just $328 plus 10% service charge.
